Conflict Resolution Skills
Learn the basics of conflict resolution and conflict management. From conflict styles to interpersonal communication psychology, this course is a foundational must.
Leaders may occasionally have to mediate conflicts between their team members. To keep such conversations from escalating, leaders should learn basic mediation skills.
When leaders do not hold employees accountable for fear of creating conflict, this in turn creates more conflict among the team. Instead, learn to create peaceful accountability.
